Tracy Anderson Grazia Workout
Time: 20 minutes
Areas worked: Arms and stomach
Equipment needed: 1lb weight and a chair
As Tracy advises you to perform each move for the length of a song I estimated that the average song length is 4 minutes so to do each move for that amount of time. The lower stomach move isn’t too hard but it will definitely take a while to get your endurance up to be able to do each move for 4 minutes, you might want to start with one minute and then slowly build up.
