Tracy Anderson Self Arms

Time: 17 minutes- I add reps to the routine to make 40 reps on each side
Areas worked: Arms
Equipment needed: 2X 1lb weights

The first couple of times you do this workout you’ll struggle- 40 reps on each side with weights isn’t easy and the shoulder shrug move is particularly hard but you’ll get through it and it eventually gets easier!
