Gwyneth Paltrow did Tracy Anderson’s Mat DVD when Tracy was unavailable to work out with her personally. Even though this is Tracy’s first full length mat/toning/muscular structure DVD it’s REALLY good, you’ll get a satisfying full body workout and the arm section is probably one of the best out of all her DVDs.

Tracy Anderson sent Gwyneth Paltrow the following workout video as a bonus leg workout to tag on the end of her workout after completing her Mat Workout and Dance Aerobics. This leg workout is pretty hardcore, especially add ankle weights and do the full reps. If you follow what Gwyneth did and complete the leg workout after the Mat workout this is what a breakdown of your toning workout should look like:
