Tracy Anderson has made several appearances on QVC promoting her Metamorphosis series, while workout models or her trainers demonstrate different moves in the background- which means that’s some more Tracy Anderson exercise material for us! There are 4 different leg exercises demonstrated, the reps slightly differ on each side but this is what you should aim to be doing for each move:

  • Move 1: 14 reps
  • Move 2: 16 reps
  • Move 3: 14 reps
  • Move 4: 15 reps

Because the camera isn’t always on Stacey and Maria you do miss some of the arm moves on each side, but it’s easy to work out which ones you need to repeat.
