These are all fairly easy workouts because there are so little reps, although the hipcentric moves are slightly more challenging then Omni or Glute and the Abcentic workout is great because you can really feel it working in your waist & it’s great for balance & I heard my back crack a few times while doing this so I can only assume it’s doing my back/posture some good.
