Day 15 I was pushed for time so I just managed to fit in Tracy Anderson Score sexy cleavage, Tracy Anderson Webisode and Tracy Anderson ABC Arms and Legs. So today I’m going to make cardio and facial fitness a priority.
Day 16 Much better I did my full workout, facial fitness routine 2, Tracy Anderson ABC arms and legs and completed day 10 of Tracy Anderson ABC arms hooray! I also made sure I got my 30 mins cardio in. I’ve been doing some cardio from various webisodes that I haven’t tried before, which is always fun. I’m actually really enjoying cardio at the moment, even though it’s only step touching. I’m also seeing some good results; nice sucked in waist, and hip definition.
