For some reason this exercise absolutely killed me! I don’t know if it was because I did this after I’d already done my leg exercises for the day or because I’d just eaten a curry but it was so hard and really hurt my bottom!

Hipcentric

This is a really cool exercise as you can feel both hips being exercised at the same time and it’s a bit of a tricky move.

Glutecentric

Equipment needed: 1 3lb weight

Omnicentric
Start time: 4:16
Time: 1 minute
Areas worked: Legs
Equipment needed: None

This move does involve a fair bit of balance and you may find yourself falling over but it’s quite fun and definitely less painful then some of the other moves
