Day 2 Had a really busy day today, literally up and out of the house from when I got up and then straight to bed when I got home. Although I did do lots of walking- no excuse but at least it’s something.
Day 3 Faced with a 13 hour flight later that day I decided that I definitely needed to do lots of cardio to wear myself out so I didn’t get restless on the plane, some yoga to get into all those awkward sleeping positions without any aches or pains and some Tracy Anderson so all muscles were nice and exercised so this is what I did: Tracy Anderson New Years Webisode, 45 minutes of cardio- ideally I’d like to have done an hour but I was pressed for time, my favourite yoga dvd- Rodney Yee Yoga Hip Opening and facial fitness routine 4. I think this did help because the yoga definitely chilled me out, although the state of the airport turned me into a nervous wreck on the verge of tears by the time I got to my gate.
