This Tracy Anderson routine is suitable for men too- she’s adjusted the arm move so it’s man friendly. On the last exercise she says do at least 50 reps, so I do 60, I know she doesn’t give an upper limit so you could do 150 reps of that move, but I find in a lot of her webisodes and cosmo workouts it says do at least a certain number so I think it’s best just to round up to the next multiple of 10.
