In this video Tracy demonstrates a couple of legs moves aimed at giving you “Lithe toned calves” which appear in Gwyneth Paltrow’s routine. The moves are actually a lot easier then they look. I must admit I’m a little scared they’re gonna bulk up my already bigger then desirable calves- doesn’t everyone just want none existent calves? I’ll let you know how I get on.
