This is an enjoyable standing abs routine that seems to work your hips too, as they ask you to do the first move for up to the length of a song- the average song being 4 minutes, it can hurt a bit as most people won’t do standing abs for that long but you will adjust to it. The final move that targets your legs as well and will work up your heart rate too.
