I had planned to do one hour’s cardio and one hour’s MS as part of my new routine but as I’ve really been struggling to exercise due to ill health I thought I’d make it easy on myself and just do 30 minutes MS and 30 minutes cardio. In the meantime I’m trying to eat as healthily as I can in the hope that this will sort my health out and I should be able to do a longer work out when this routine is finished.
So this is my new exercise routine using the How to design your own exercise routine principals:
Warm up from Tracy Anderson JLO Venus (1 minute)
Tracy Anderson E! Get a butt like Gwyneth! (2 minutes)
Tracy Anderson Gwyneth Grammy Arms (3 minutes)
Tracy Anderson Score Sexy Cleavage (4 minutes)
Tracy Anderson Fit Minute (2 minutes)
Leg stretches (3 minutes)
Facial Fitness Exercises Alternating routine 1-4. As these routines vary in time from 11-14 minutes I will do extra exercise to make up my entire workout up to 30 minutes when my facial routine is less then 14 minutes.
