The arm exercise will hurt a lot especially the first time you do it due to the high reps. Tracy suggests you do this for the length of a song- and with the average song length being 4 minutes, this is how long I do it for. The stomach section however is only demonstrated as being a few reps so isn’t as difficult. Watch the video here
