As I have completed 10 day of Tracy Anderson E! Get a butt like Gwyneth! I have replaced that section with a new routine so this is what my current workout looks like:
Warm up from Tracy Anderson JLO Venus (1 minute)
Tracy Anderson Tone your arms in 3 moves intermediate (2 minutes) (Replacing Tracy Anderson E! Get a butt like Gwyneth! )
Tracy Anderson Gwyneth Grammy Arms (3 minutes)
Tracy Anderson Score Sexy Cleavage (4 minutes)
Tracy Anderson Fit Minute (2 minutes)
Leg stretches (3 minutes)
Facial Fitness Exercises Alternating routine 1-4. As these routines vary in time from 11-14 minutes I will do extra exercise to make up my entire workout up to 30 minutes when my facial routine is less then 14 minutes.
