This article demonstrates various different Tracy Anderson arm exercises, it isn’t strictly one of Gwyneth’s routines, or the routine she did for the Grammys (that’s just the title of the article) although chances are she’s done these exercises at one point.
In this routine I’ve skipped the first move (Gwyneth’s Sexy Arm Sculpter) as this is actually one of the warm up stretches from the 30 day method book.
I’ve also skipped the Tricep Kickbacks as this isn’t one of Tracy’s moves, rather as described by the article as “a classic strength training exercise”.
