As I have a fear of bulking I only use 1lb weights unless some sort of balancing or leaning on them is required- which is the case for a couple of moves in this segment in which case I use 3lb weights. This segment features 2 separate workouts; one for pregnancy and one for postnatal, so if you’re pregnant make sure you skip the post pregnancy workout demonstrated to the presenter.
