Equipment needed: 1lb weight, 3lb weight
For some reason I can’t upload the picture I have of this workout so I’ll use the above screen grab to illustrate. Each move is 30 reps on each side.
Use the 3lb weight to balance on in tap and swing and alternate raise, I only use 1lb weights where I can help it as my shoulders are getting a bit bulky! Thank you to Elizabeth Martin for sending this to me 🙂
