Hooray! Another opportunity to use the meta band! I think the meta band may actually be my favourite piece of Tracy equipment. There are a few arm movements in this webisode- free arms, with mini weights and the meta band. It’s a great little webisode with lots of clips of Tracy’s Brentwood gym.
