Equipment needed: None

Because we don’t see all of the muscular structure moves demonstrated on each side you will need to repeat some sections, here’s a guide:

5:25 Repeat ab section on other side
7:15-7:27 Repeat arm section on other side
14:03 Go back to 8:01 and repeat leg section on other side.

Cardio
Time: 2 minutes
Cardio sections: 2:27-4:09 and 5:30-6:22
Equipment needed: None
