Today I did day 10 of Tracy Anderson teen meta warm up 2- when I’m doing a workout that doesn’t come with a warm up routine I’m revolving warm ups from other routines. I also tested Tracy Anderson Fox Ny, Get bikini fit in your 30s– I’m still struggling with one of the moves, 1 hour cardio (I’m finding it definitely boost my mood!) annoyingly it was just step touching again as it was late, hello magazine, tracy anderson wedding workout, Eva Fraser routine 2 and some leg stretches. I was feeling quite depleted when I was exercising, I think it’s due to my late night workout the day before, I really really can’t wait until my juicer arrives (on Friday!) so I can have workout and recovery juices again! My shins are really hurting at the moment, I might have to look up some stretches to try and make them better.
