This is quite a simple workout but is different to most of Tracy’s workouts as the moves are done on all fours and once again works on unusual angles.
There are two edits of this workout: the first one includes some footage of Cat interviewing Christy’s husband and an extended chat with Tracy before the workout, the second video has less pre workout chat and is purely of Tracy, Maria and Cat in the studio and demonstrates a few more reps.
