Equipment needed: 1lb weight, ankle weights

By the way this workout doesn’t take 15 minutes! If you’re doing full reps- 30 for arms, 30 for the legs but 50 on the last move it’s actually 28 minutes. Tracy is a genius with arms- the moves are amazing, especially the combo move which will make you feel your arm muscles twisting around in different directions. The arm moves are so effective that you’ll struggle with the leg moves when you’re on all fours because your arms will hurt so much! I particularly struggled with the move where you have to twist into a push up and then kick- ow!! I would love to get to the day where Tracy’s moves are doable! As Tracy mentions in this segment all of these moves are in Gwyneth’s workout.
