The star crunch and inverted leg raise are pretty easy, the half side plank is pretty awkward and challenging and I felt quite a bit of pressure on my leg while doing this. The side extension is also quite difficult as you’re balancing and I did fall over a couple of times while doing this! The ass kicker is a pretty good move as it’s an easy version of a plank and you can feel this move correcting your posture and working your stomach as well as your legs.
