This is one of the few routines where Tracy demonstrates some moves with the tricky pink ball! And there are a couple of other all fours leg moves and some arm moves.

    So I was wondering if you would know where I can find the pretty turquoise/aqua color Tracy mat they use in My Last Supper video, ever since I saw it in her Pregnancy Project workouts I’ve looked for it periodically in the TAM website but they currently only offer black.

    Any tips would help! Thanks again! =)

      I’m so pleased you enjoy my blog and you’re motivated by it 🙂

      I’m so sorry but I have no idea where you can get that exercise mat from, I don’t think it’s ever for been for sale on her website. I’ve had a look online but I can’t see where you could buy it from. I think your best bet would be to contact one of her studios and ask them as they may sell them there.
