Cleo’s Afternoon Shake

This recipe is from Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook “It’s all good” and is suitable for vegans. This is so so soooo delicious! It tastes like a delicious creamy nutty mikshake and it’s unbelievable that it’s all natural and good for you!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 3/4 cup cold unsweetened almond milk.

Blend and drink!
