These kale chips are detox and vegan friendly. This recipe is by Gwyneth Paltrow and is from her cookbook It’s all good. These are actually delicious! And taste completely different to how they look.
- 1 big bunch of kale, stems discarded and leaves torn into roughly 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt
Preheat the oven to 205 degrees C. Toss the kale with the olive oil and spread out on 2 baking sheets. Sprinkle with coarse salt and roast, stirring occasionally, for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown and crispy.
