For the leg moves as no set number of reps was given I did 20 reps on each side for each move. I did enjoy the leg moves as the first and last were different to any of the Tracy moves I’ve done before. Once again it’s much easier to follow a routine where you have the video for it or at least some pictures. The lying V cross and reach move, wide side v to crossing push and wide side v to crossing push with leg lift are all almost identical.
