Tracy Anderson Marie Claire Toning Exercises to Get in Shape Fast

Areas worked: Arms, legs and stomach
Equipment needed: 2X 1lb weights

For a magazine workout this is a bit of a feat as it’s 26 minutes long- mostly due to such high reps (50-100!) The article is fairly old so it’s old school Tracy where the moves weren’t too challenging or complicated but they still definitely work.
