Oh I love vintage Tracy! Back in the days before almost every move was a plank/really really difficult! Although these moves are “easier” then her more recent stuff they still work and it’s amazing that moves that don’t appear to be targeting your ab area really do- eg the superwoman move. Also even though the twisting crunch move looks relatively easy this still demands a lot of concentration.
