This workout is pretty hardcore as not only do you need to do 40 reps of each move on both sides but you need to repeat the whole routine until you do 3 rounds in total! That being said thankfully the moves aren’t too difficult! Moves 1 & 2 are pretty easy, the third move (being that you’re in a plank) is a bit more challenging. The 4th move does require a bit more balance and concentration but you get a nice stretch and finally the 5th move takes a bit of concentration but should nicely work your stomach too.
