This workout is SO HARD!!!!! This might possibly be the toughest Tracy Anderson arm workout I have ever done. Not only are you lifting plates, but you’re doing 20 reps of every move, multiple moves and you’re repeating the video 3 times! If I master this without taking breaks I expect to end up with Jennifer Aniston arms. The counter top moves for your legs are a lot easier so they are a welcome respite between the onslaught of pain.
