Feta, Walnut and Pear Platter


This is so so delicious- really fresh and yummy and you can eat this by hand and use the slices of pears to balance the walnuts and feta on. Pears are high in vitamin C and copper, these stimulate white blood cells to fight infection and the fibre in the fruit lowers high cholesterol levels.  This is Perricone friendly, and suitable for vegetarians.

  • 1/2 lb sliced fresh feta
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 3 sliced pears
  • fresh black pepper
