The Kardashian women are all fans of the Tracy Anderson Method. In the most recent episode of Kourtney and Khloe take the Hamptons we get to see Khloe and Kourtney’s workout with Tracy. Tracy employs jumping with weighted free arms and a couple of leg moves including one where she crawls backwards and forwards from standing to lying on the floor.
