This is such a great video; shot when Gwyneth was introducing the Tracy Anderson Method to the world, we get a great insight into what Gwyneth’s workout looks like. I love that she sweats, doesn’t appear to be wearing make up, moans about the pain and hates cardio! Shot in her Hamptons home, this looks like the same place that Tracy Anderson’s Dance Cardio Workout, Mat Workout and Post Pregnancy DVDs were shot. The workout isn’t actually that challenging, probably because we can only see 3 different types of leg move, but don’t worry it’ll do the job!
