I’m really not a fan of planks, so it’s refreshing that one of them in this routine is done on forearms. The second move is reminiscent of many of the moves in the Live Streaming as it includes a hip dip in the workout, although it’s slightly easier as once again the move is performed on forearms. I found the alternating leg plank move quite gruelling, maybe I need to try and build up my fitness/stamina. The last move is trickier then it looks, make sure you extend the foot UP when you release it rather then just letting it go. See the workout here
