A great thing about these QVC shows is that you get a plethora of unedited Tracy information, amazing inspiration from all the girls with their experiences of doing the method and lots of Tracy moves. If you’re following the workout moves from this you will have to sometimes pause to repeat the arm section on the other side and skip forward past the bits where there is no one exercising in shot. You won’t see the same leg moves repeated on both sides so you will have keep skipping backwards so you do these on both side. From doing this workout I noticed that I predominantly got a really good workout on my arms.
