Tracy Anderson Cosmo Our 24 Hour Tone Up

Equipment needed 2X bottles of water or 2X 1lb weights

I like these old school Tracy moves as they’re not too complicated, but definitely still effective. I found the Bicep twist with ab lift strangely challenging- I think it’s because the weight helps you target the exact spot. The Pass the bottle move is good because it encourages your range of motion and the passing of the bottle engages your brain in the workout. The Scissor kick move is also engaging because it works on your coordination.
