This smoothie is really light and fruity and I love the taste of the nectarine. The nectarines are rich in betacarotene and vitamin C and the blueberries are rich sources of vitamin C and antioxidants called anthocyanins. Makes 2 Drinks
- 2 nectarines, halved, stoned and cut into chunks
- 125g blueberries
- 250ml apple juice
- A cupful of crushed ice
Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
