Thanks to the melon this gives the drink a milder taste and doesn’t seem as sugary then had it been mixed with orange juice or another fresh juice. It’s still fruity and refreshing. The strawberries and raspberries are rich in vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. The melon is a great source of betacarotene. Makes 2 drinks
- 1/4 of a medium cantaloupe melon, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 175g strawberries
- 175g raspberries
- Cupful of crushed ice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
