Strawberry and Blueberry Smoothie

I love the consistency of this drink- I think it’s the combo of the banana and ice. This is a nice fruity drink, which is wheat free, gluten free, sugar free and dairy free and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those following a detox. This recipe is from Carol Vorderman’s “30 Day Cellulite Plan”

Makes 2 drinks

  • 125g strawberries
  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 125ml orange juice
  • Cupful of crushed ice

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
