This drink is light, refreshing and delicious! This recipe is from Carol Vorderman’s “Cellulite plan” and is wheat free, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those following a detox.
Makes 2 drinks
- 200ml orange juice
- 1 mango, skinned, stone removed and chopped
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- Cupful of crushed ice
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
