Green and Red Fruit

photo (7)This is pretty yummy and really easy to make. I’m not too keen on melon so I just alternated a mouth full with the raspberries and green grapes. Cantaloupe melon is one of the richest sources of betacarotene. This recipe is wheat free, gluten free, sugar free and dairy free and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those following a detox. This recipe is from Carol Vorderman’s book “Summer Detox”.

Makes 4 servings

  • Half a cantaloupe melon
  • 225g raspberries
  • 225g seedless green grapes
  • 200ml apple juice

Remove the seeds from the melon. Cut the flesh into bit sized pieces. Combine the fruit in a bowl and add the fruit juice
