The Body Book by Cameron Diaz


This is such a warm and nurturing book which feels like you’re chatting to your best girlie friend. The book contains all the information about how your body works, what effect what you eat and how you move (or don’t move) has on your body and is really able to make the connection between how you treat yourself and how your body reacts. It’s also pressure free- you don’t feel like you need to count calories or be really strict with yourself, instead you’ll gain a love and appreciation for your body and a want to treat it in the best way possible. I love this!
