At 35:42 in the background on the right hand side we can see a client doing her standing arms routine. I love that we’re getting the bonus of another arm workout, it’s not perfect as we’re following the client who’s obviously following a trainer out of shot so her moves aren’t quite as confident and as precise as if you were following the trainer, it’s kind of like chinese whispers for free arms!
