Tracy Anderson Ain’t Your Mama Body Challenge Day 5

Equipment needed 1lb weights (Tracy uses 5lb ones, I prefer them smaller)
I really like this move as we’re not used to seeing Tracy incorporating standing leg moves with weights; weights while doing leg work on the floor yes, but not standing and actually standing leg work especially without a chair is quite novel in itself from Tracy. I love that to perform this move you need to balance yourself.
