Tracy Anderson 22 Push Up Challenge

This is exactly what it says on the tin- 22 push ups! Although she actually only does 21 in this video. It’s pretty hard, I only managed 15 before I had to take a break and at this point I was behind Tracy’s pace already (FYI I used to do 30 regularly, I’m out of practice!). Good on Tracy for being able to perform those push ups with such great form and strength, goes to show that even if you’re using low weights and not doing traditional arm exercises that you can still be strong.
