This little move is really effective and you should feel it all along the side of your waist as well your legs. I’m not 100% sure but by the looks of the video Tracy’s wearing 2 sets of ankle weights. What do you think?

Equipment needed: 1lb weights and ankle weights
This is a relatively easy workout with some weighted arms and leg moves on the mat which work on using unusual angles and combination of moves (planks with leg work) rather then utlitizing any unbalancing equipment such as the ball or stick.
