This move is tricky! I thought I was good with the balance stuff, but this move is definitely hard. It feels like Tracy is moving in slow motion, how does she manage to have her arm lifted for so long? Your brain is definitely engaged in this workout, I’m really looking forward to when I can master this!

I think that Tracy taking the time to record these videos for reimagine was a really nice thing to do. Although I personally haven’t experienced not being connected to myself, I’ve heard that a lot of people experience it when they’re unwell, their hormones are changing or they’re pregnant/have just had a baby. This is full of lots nice stretches and it doesn’t really feel like a workout, except maybe in your arms. In one of the moves the move isn’t quite the same on both sides- she misses the dip and the reps aren’t the same for a few of the moves either.

I love that Tracy has integrated yoga into her moves- this is similar to half lotus toe balance. This move gives you a satisfying stretch, works on your balance and you can feel it working your legs

This move isn’t very much fun! Not only are you moving your legs but you’re constantly having to adjust your supporting arm position. I’m sure it gives you a good workout though

Equipment needed 1lb weights (Tracy uses 5lb ones, I prefer them smaller)

I really like this move as we’re not used to seeing Tracy incorporating standing leg moves with weights; weights while doing leg work on the floor yes, but not standing and actually standing leg work especially without a chair is quite novel in itself from Tracy. I love that to perform this move you need to balance yourself.

Equipment needed: Stick, ankle weights, 1lb weights and meta band

This workout includes lots of the Tracy equipment including her two latest pieces the stick and meta band. Although the segment is quite short the moves that incorporate the metaband, stick and ankle weights are pretty challenging; I actually ended up hitting myself on the head with the stick while trying to do this!
