This move is pretty tricky and it’ll take you a while to get the hang of it, especially because each move has 2 parts and there are 40 reps on each side. Handy for us Tracy’s demonstrated an easier version of it as well.

Probably the best thing about this webisode is the girl from Daily Candy’s exercise ability. She’s actually so bad she could be worse then Carlos. So if you’re ever feeling incapable to finish a Tracy Anderson workout just watch this girl’s performance and take comfort that chances are you’re better then she is!
