As I have a fear of bulking I only use 1lb weights unless some sort of balancing or leaning on them is required- which is the case for a couple of moves in this segment in which case I use 3lb weights. This segment features 2 separate workouts; one for pregnancy and one for postnatal, so if you’re pregnant make sure you skip the post pregnancy workout demonstrated to the presenter.
No I’m not even pregnant, but I really want Tracy Anderson’s latest DVD release- The Pregnancy Project. Why? Well I enjoy all her workouts and I figure that there may be some magic moves within this dvd which I haven’t yet been exposed to (and I have almost all of her DVDs and have downloaded countless webisodes) so yes, so continues the obsession, although currently the obsession is more about obtaining the workout moves rather then actually doing them.
